Parker's first laugh

So Parker and I were hanging out on the couch waiting for Chris to get home from work. I was taking pictures of his darling little face with my new camera. I rolled him over and laid him on his belly. I was making faces at him saying his name. All of the sudden he had a real laugh. (He has been doing this huh huh huh thing for a while. It sorta reminds me of Beavis and Butthead, if you can think back that long.) I thought I was hearing things so I started making facing and saying his name. He did it AGAIN! He maybe did it four to five times. I frantically am trying to decide to video him or call Chris and let him hear this wonderful sound. Well, I decided to call Chris and of course he didn't answer. I tried all night to get Parker to laugh again, but I guess it was a one time show. I will try to get on video to share!

Spring Break!

Boy did Parker and I have fun over spring break! We did lots of visiting and got him on a great schedule. On Tuesday, we met with my co-workers for breakfast at First Watch then we went to the mall to see the Easter bunny. On Wednesday we went to Sears for Parker's three month pictures and we met with Keisha for lunch at a yummy Italian restaurant. On Thursday, my friend Val came up from Naples with her two kiddos Conner ( 7 months) and Ava (3 1/2 years old) for a few days. We went to lunch and Chick-fila and went to Jungle Gardens. Parker had a great time hanging out in his stroller. On Friday, we died Easter eggs in the morning with all the kiddos, plus Jill came over with Luci (11 months)! Then we all headed to lunch and an afternoon at the park. How fun, but exhausting!

Returning to work..

I returned to work on March 30th! It was a hard day, but I made it through. I only cried in the morning before my students arrived. He spent his first day with Grandma Mason and he was crying when I left which didn't help things one bit. He had a great day though. I am sure he was spoiled beyond belief. My mom was sure to send me picture messages through my phone which was really fun.

When I arrived at school, I had this amazing sign made by my students.




Parker is going back and forth between the Lowe's and the Mason's! This is so wonderful. It is a good feeling to know he is in the best hands possible. Also, it is saving us a ton of money in daycare costs! Chris and I are so thankful each day that we both have such supportive and amazing families.

Its been forever..

Gosh have I been really lazy about blogging! I promise to be much better at updating my blog. Things have been really crazy!

Parker goes to see the Easter Bunny!

I took Parker to see the Easter Bunny today. Of course the little stinker fell asleep. He is still as adorable as ever though. ;)
